The Pollocks
The Pollocks started as a joke... or a dare? Things fell into place around 2005 - 06, when we had more songs than sense and decided that we were just as entitled to that million dollars as anybody else. It's not really a complicated process- you turn on the machines, plug in and give up your ghost. Then again, simplicity is a luxury: there's sickness, breakups, jealousy, hangovers, weather, the job, madness... So, we cranked out "Last Tender Leaves", "Pardon The Witches", "Wine Diamonds" and "French Girl"- flushing money down the toilet and reveling in the pleasure of it all. We play shows when we can. We span time. The songs keep piling up...
